This Saturday I met up for dinner with a bunch of hilarious women. Some I had met before and some I was meeting for the first time. I am stealing all pictures as I was the only one without a fancy-pants camera. For now here are a few from the camera of the lovely Emily.
{Met Amy for the first time in real life, even though I already felt like I knew her. Is that creepy?}
{Got to spend lots of time catching up with Mandy, who I knew in real life before blogs even existed! I believe that is actually a true statement. PS: we love cornbread. Also: Virgin margaritas are made of lime juice and sadness.}
What I wore! {Thank you Emily for being in my picture with me, I hate taking pictures alone. I could never have been a model. I am sure this is the only reason.}
{On Chelsea// Shirt: Target// Tank: H&M// Jeans: Gap Maternity// Shoes: Target. On Emily// Only all the cute things. PS: we totally didn't mean to pose with the Rolex sign...}
{Melissa is way better at pictures than I am. I only have anger for attempted candids.}
{Just some of the ladies. More to come!}
Linking up with Mandy from Harper's Happenings, who was also there, but not allowed in that group picture because she doesn't have an iPhone? We are elitists.
Update: Here is a pic of the whole crew via Mandy's camera:
{Amanda, Jill, Chelsey, Me, Fiona, Melissa, Mandy, Amy, Ashlet, Mandy, Emily, Stephanie, and Kiara. I think we like each other.}
Lovely seeing you last night!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! You all look beautiful. LOVE your outfit mama.
ReplyDeleteIt was good to meet you last night! You made me giggle with your lime juice and sadness quip. Next time definitely go with the virgin daiquiri1

ReplyDeleteyou're so lucky that you live near bloggers! i feel so isolated here in pa! looks like alot of fun!
ReplyDeleteWhy does your post make me laugh out loud?! HAHAHA, I think you're hilarious. We look like we have a rolex crown on - we are so high end. I also love that you have "cornbread" as a label on this post.
ReplyDeleteeeep! that is a big face of mine up there at the top! lucky my double chin didn't make it's way out in that one, whew. seriously, not creepy that it felt like we knew each other... i have come to embrace the awesomeness that is involved in blogger meet ups! they are kinda amazeballs in that we are all crazy stalkers & already like each other before we meet! so freaking fun. i loved meeting you! you are just so sweet & i hope we do another one of these boys soon... at least before all these babies start popping out.
ReplyDeleteWOW. You know a lot of blog-ladies!!! I feel like I'm the only blogger in Buffalo, NY. My stepping out Saturday would be very boring. Table for one...
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower (from Amy, Chelsey and Mandy)! I am jealous of your meet up with other bloggers that I follow! Your top is too cute by the way!
ReplyDeleteMe too! Lets do it again very soon... minus the "chocolate" yogurt ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you sweet Melanie!
ReplyDeleteSo good to meet you too, lets do it again! Yes, that drink was terrible. Strawberry daiquiri all the way.
ReplyDeleteToo much fun. I want to do it again right now!
ReplyDeleteIt was! Such fun girls, all of them.
ReplyDeleteYou should see if there are any bloggers in your area, I am sure you can meet some fun girls. This group is a bit spread out so some people actually drove a couple of hours. Worth it :)
ReplyDeleteYOU are hilarious. I want to hang out with you again right this second.
ReplyDeleteYay for no double chins! It was so fun to spend time with you. We definitely need to do it again. Maybe no heels next time?
ReplyDeleteHaha! I would bet you could find some fun girls in your area. Isn't that what google is for? That and making sure there are no embarrassing pictures of you floating around the internet.
ReplyDeleteYay for a new friend! Nice to meet you!
ReplyDeleteI loved hanging out with you again! Such a fun night! I hope we can make it more of a regular thing......oh and playdates, too since we all have adorable children who should also be friends ;)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I wish I could meet up with some bloggy friends!
